SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMELINES – INDIA

We offer free shipping for all orders shipped within India.

India orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days Saturdays, Sundays and Indian public holidays are not set as business days for standard
deliveries.

Some of the custom made or intricate products may require a longer production/finishing time. In such cases, the longer lead time for shipping is clearly mentioned in the product description.

In case, you would like to avail an express delivery option, you can reach us at +91 9967923455 and make a request for the same. We will try our best to service you as per your requirement.

The express delivery service is available at a fee which will depend upon the weight and/or volume of your shipment. Do call us to get an estimate.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMELINES – INTERNATIONAL

The shipping charges International orders are based on the delivery country and pin code. The charges for the same are determined on the actual volume/weight of product(s) being shipped. Therefore, for all international shipping the charges are custom calculated per shipment. If applicable, Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by the customer. In case duty is applicable, you will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment,  ForestKraft will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Given the nature of our products, we do not accept any Return.

In the event of a genuine error, we do exchange your product. Please read on to see our exchange policy.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following condition:

  1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  2. If the product was damaged in transit. In such a case, please photograph the damaged product and share the pictures with us on care.forestkraft@gmail.com within 48 hrs of product delivery.

How do I exchange my product?

  • If your purchase meets the criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
    - Order number
    - Delivery address
    - Specify the reason for return and in case of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
  • You may contact us via email at care.forestkraft@gmail.com or call our customer care at +91 9967923455 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery are carefully packed and returned.

When will I receive the exchanged item?

  • Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, following a quality check, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time 4-8 business days for domestic shipments.
  • Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same

Are International Orders Eligible for exchanges or returns?

We are extremely sorry, International offers are not eligible for exchanges or returns. However, if you do have any concerns about the product you have received, pls do write to us and we will try our best to address it.

What happens if the courier is unable to deliver my product?

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
